Why outsource bookkeeping and accounting services?

Accurate books are the base for GST returns, TDS, income tax and any loan or investor discussion. Outsourcing gives you a trained accountant without a full-time salary, and records that are always reconciled.

What is included every month

  • Recording sales, purchases, expenses and bank transactions.
  • Bank reconciliation for every account.
  • Tracking receivables and payables, with ageing.
  • GST-ready purchase and sales registers.
  • A short monthly summary – revenue, expenses, profit and cash position.

Who it suits

Startups, small businesses, professionals and e-commerce sellers who want reliable accounts without building an in-house team. We work in your existing software or set up a suitable one.

Our monthly closing checklist

  1. Record all sales, purchase and expense invoices for the month.
  2. Reconcile every bank account and payment gateway with the books.
  3. Match purchases with GSTR-2B so input tax credit is claimed correctly.
  4. Review receivables and payables, and flag overdue amounts.
  5. Record payroll, TDS and statutory payments.
  6. Check for missing bills, duplicate entries and unexplained differences.
  7. Share the monthly summary with you, with any questions.

Accounting software

We work in the software you already use – Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and similar – or set up a suitable one for a new business. Cloud software lets you see your books at any time and share access with us securely, without sending files back and forth.

How long to keep your records

Companies must keep their books of account for at least eight years. GST and income tax laws also require records to be kept for several years after the relevant returns. Keep invoices, bank statements and contracts – digitally is fine – for at least eight years to be safe.

Signs your books need attention

  • Your bank balance and the books do not match.
  • GST returns are filed from estimates rather than from the books.
  • You cannot tell, month by month, whether the business is making a profit.
  • Year-end accounts take weeks because receipts and bills are missing.

If any of these sound familiar, monthly bookkeeping pays for itself in saved time, cleaner tax filings and better decisions.

Our service

A dedicated accountant maintains your books every month and works with our filing teams for GST return filing, TDS return filing and year-end income tax return filing. Payroll can be added through our payroll services.
